Counseling-Cum-Call Center

This Center works to improve the beneficiaries retention in training and on the job by providing information and counseling at all stages of the program.Operational on all days of the week, the Center issues regular e-mail / SMS alerts to all SMMs / JDMs / APMs / Counselors for monitoring and solving grievances. The Center helps them find livelihood / job opportunities and provides information on skill development programs, job selection criteria, counseling and postplacement support.
