Shekhar Nalla is from Seetampeta in Srikakulam District. Younger son of a woman who lost her all when she lost her husband, Shekhar at 21, cites his mother as the primary reason for wanting to make it big. Now the sole bread winner of a family that consists of his mother, an elder brother and a married sister, Shekhar dreams of going to the gulf countries to "make enough money to make a difference to his entire village"

Employed with an insurance major,he has switched two jobs until he found the comfort level nad has plans for every paisa that he earns by way of salary and commission. "I have realized the importance of supplementary income and am constantly looking for options to utilise my free time in a fruitful manner, he says. And the time management skills that he has heard of during his training, help him to do just that. Shekhar sells health food supplements to joggers and morning walkers at KBR park, Hyderabad, in the morning and then attends to his regular 9 to 6 job. Extremely diligent, his income grew from 6k to 13k in a matter of six months. Talk about being street smart
