How to become a placement partner?
Become a placement partner - Follow the Steps
Step-1: Fill the registration form available at -------. Once you register with us, login details and a copy of MoU will be mailed to the organization. To become a placement partner, an organization has to sign a MoU with EGMM. Signing of MoU is not likely to take more than 24 hrs once the MoU clauses are agreed upon
Step-2:
Place manpower Requirement online Place manpower requirement by filling the form available online at
Step-3: Select the candidates from the youth through a placement drive. EGMM will arrange the placement drive for your organization and the details regarding dates and venue will be informed.
Who can be the placement Partner?
We extend our services to Private firms, public sector organizations and Government departments.

The organization should be a registered entity with a proven track record in the sector in which it operates.

The remuneration provided to the youth should be more than the minimum wages decided by govt. of India.

Organizations providing ESI, PF, Employee Benevolent fund and other statutory benefits would be preferred. |
| 4 |
The organization shall absorb youth recruited on their company rolls. |
| 5 |
Temping organizations and manpower sourcing consultancies should be able to provide the first posting details of the youth recruited. |
