Skilling Rural India is a program of Dr. Reddys Foundation.In the first phase of the tie-up, the program envisages identification of jobs with employers, mobilization and screening, training on life skills and work readiness for 375 youth each from three districts Kadapa (Proddutur Mandal), Adilabad (Mancherial Mandal) and Khammam (Sattupally Mandal). The project will soon be scaled up to cover more districts across AP.
