EGMM is one of the wonderful initiatives by the Govt of A.P. It provides an excellent platform for the poor to get trained and get decent jobs as well the employers who get a single platform to recruit employees in mass. It also helps the individuals to gain confidence and get adapted to the job easily. I have seen candidates who are well trained, extremely confident, energetic and enthusiastic despite coming from a rural background. EGMM has wiped out the situation where a person passed out his SSC or inter didn't know what to do and where to go in search of jobs. EGMM has today become the one point of contact for the job seekers and employers especially from Retail industry. I would appreciate one and all behind this great initiative that made it such a huge success.
